Private Tuition

The path to a UK drama school or a professional performance career is never linear, which is precisely why one-size-fits-all training fails to unlock an actor's true potential. Darrell Barnard-Jones Audition Consultancy & Tuition provides a dedicated, relaxed environment built entirely around the individual. Drawing upon formal training in counselling skills, Darrell ensures these sessions offer a safe space to connect deeply with each student's specific circumstances, stripping away the pressure to be perfect so that authentic, grounded choices can thrive.

This private tuition is explicitly designed to meet actors exactly where they are, making it the right fit for anyone at any point on their creative path. Whether a student is taking their very first steps and navigating the post-COVID landscape, refining active pieces in the middle of audition season, or preparing to embark on full-time training at a conservatoire, the focus adapts completely to their needs. From deep textual analysis and monologue exploration to self-tape troubleshooting and confidence-building, these tutorials give you the bespoke tools and strategic insights to trust that you are entirely enough.
