• Transaction Data: Details regarding payments made through Wix Bookings or third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Note: The Coach does not store your credit card details; these are handled securely by the payment gateway.

2. How Your Information is Used

The Coach processes your personal data strictly for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To schedule and conduct one-to-one tuition, provide feedback on self-tape submissions, and grant platform access to the Audition Video Course.

• Communication: To send booking confirmations, rescheduling notifications, invoices, and responses to your enquiries.

• Legal & Professional Obligations: To manage business accounting, taxation, and to verify compliance with the institutional neutrality and conflict-of-interest rules outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

3. Data Retention: How Long Your Data is Kept

The Coach only retains your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for:

• General Account and Booking Records: Retained for up to 6 years following your last interaction to comply with UK tax and business record-keeping laws.

• Audition Media & Self-Tapes: Any video links or media files uploaded for review will be deleted or access will be removed within 30 days after your written or recorded feedback has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon for ongoing tuition.

• Course Access Data: Retained for the lifetime duration of your access to the digital course platform.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

The Coach does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the business:

• Wix: Hosts the website, manages the automated student dashboard, and processes digital product access.

• Wix Bookings / Payment Gateways: Manages calendar scheduling and secure payment processing.

• Communication Platforms: Video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) used exclusively to deliver online one-to-one tuition.

5. Security of Your Data

The Coach implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data and media submissions against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to your self-tapes and personal notes is strictly limited to The Coach.
